Coconut Charcoal Briquettes

Coconut Charcoal Briquettes are compacted or pressed blocks made of shredded mature coconut shells. Other briquettes contain other combustible biomass materials such as sawdust, rice chaff, and other leftover crops. These blocks are bound through the process of pressing and/or binding by using binders such as starch.

Coconut shell charcoal for the majority of our briquette production and also working with a few select suppliers of high grade charcoal, to ensure that the fixed carbon content is high and ash content low. Our briquettes are perfect for use in Shisha/hookah or for barbecue, providing very high heat, long burn time and minimal ash. Due to the high quality charcoal used, our briquettes produce no smoke, odors or sparks during burning.

Our Coconut Charcoal Briquettes by only using organic ingredients like coconut shell, orangewood, lemonwood and sometimes bamboo, natural charcoal is absent of the chemicals used in quick light charcoal. This means a cleaner, longer burn with less ash and a better tasting. Around the world, many different traditional medicine practitioners use activated charcoal powder made from coconut shells to treat soft tissue conditions, such as skin infections. Activated charcoal may have an antibacterial effect by absorbing harmful microbes from wounds.
